A manifold system in a hospital is a centralized system that used to supply an uninterrupted flow of medical gas to a medical facility pipeline system such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen, to wards, operation theaters, and ICUs. The system controls the gas pressure and ensures the supply of medical gases.
Manifold systems are made up of a variety of parts, including:
