Description
120-D-LPG-FUSION Single Stage Double Gauge LPG Pressure Regulator with In-Built Adapter
The 120-D-LPG-FUSION Single Stage Double Gauge LPG Pressure Regulator with In-Built Adapter is designed for controlled reduction and regulation of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) pressure from the gas cylinder to the required working pressure.
Its single-stage pressure regulation system reduces the inlet gas pressure to a suitable outlet pressure, while the double gauge configuration allows the operator to monitor both supply pressure and delivery pressure during operation.
A key feature of the 120-D-LPG-FUSION model is its in-built adapter, which provides a more convenient and integrated connection arrangement for compatible LPG cylinder systems. This helps reduce the need for separate external connecting components and makes installation easier for industrial applications.
Built for demanding workshop and fabrication environments, the regulator provides smooth pressure adjustment, controlled gas delivery, and dependable performance for cutting, heating, brazing, fabrication, and other LPG-based industrial operations.

How to Use
Before installation, ensure that the LPG cylinder valve is completely closed and inspect the regulator and connections for any visible damage.
Connect the 120-D-LPG-FUSION regulator securely to the compatible LPG cylinder using its in-built adapter. Ensure that the connection is properly tightened according to the equipment instructions.
Keep the pressure adjustment mechanism in the released position before slowly opening the cylinder valve. Observe the gauges and gradually adjust the regulator until the required working pressure is shown on the delivery pressure gauge.
Before starting work, check all connections for leakage using an approved gas leak-detection solution. Never use a flame to check for LPG leakage.
After completing the work, close the LPG cylinder valve, safely release the remaining downstream gas pressure, and return the adjustment mechanism to the released position.
Safety Note: LPG is highly flammable. Keep the regulator and gas system away from open flames, sparks, hot surfaces, and other ignition sources. Use only compatible LPG-rated hoses, valves, fittings, and safety devices.
