How to Use
Before installation, ensure that the LPG cylinder valve is completely closed.
Connect the 29-LW LPG Pressure Regulator securely to the compatible LPG cylinder using the correct cylinder connection. Keep the pressure adjustment mechanism in the released position before opening the cylinder valve.
Slowly open the LPG cylinder valve and observe the pressure gauges. Gradually adjust the regulator until the required working pressure is shown on the outlet pressure gauge.
Check all connections for leakage using an approved gas leak-detection solution before starting operation. Never use a flame to check for LPG leakage.
After completing the work, close the LPG cylinder valve, safely release any remaining downstream pressure, and return the pressure adjustment mechanism to the released position.
Safety Note: LPG is highly flammable. Keep cylinders, regulators, hoses, and connected equipment away from open flames, sparks, excessive heat, and other ignition sources. Always use LPG-compatible hoses, valves, fittings, and safety accessories.
