Description
PARTOGEN-2 Manual Cutting Blowpipe (Torch)
The PARTOGEN-2 Manual Cutting Blowpipe (Torch) is a heavy-duty industrial gas cutting torch designed for manual oxy-fuel cutting of mild steel and other suitable ferrous metals. It provides controlled mixing and delivery of oxygen and fuel gas to produce a concentrated preheating flame and high-pressure cutting oxygen jet for clean and efficient metal cutting.
The PARTOGEN-2 is designed with a two-pipe injector-type system, making it suitable for professional fabrication, engineering, maintenance, construction, scrap cutting, and general industrial metal-cutting applications.
Its robust construction, comfortable handling, and precise valve control help operators achieve reliable flame adjustment and consistent cutting performance during regular workshop and site use.

How It Works
The PARTOGEN-2 Cutting Blowpipe uses oxygen and a compatible fuel gas to create the preheating flame required for cutting.
The metal surface is first heated to its ignition temperature using the preheating flame. The operator then activates the cutting oxygen supply, producing a concentrated high-pressure oxygen jet.
This oxygen jet reacts with the heated metal and removes the molten oxides from the cutting zone, producing a continuous cut through the workpiece.
The quality of the cut depends on correct gas pressure, nozzle size, torch angle, cutting speed, and material thickness.
How to Use
Connect the PARTOGEN-2 Cutting Blowpipe to the oxygen and compatible fuel-gas supply using the correct hoses, regulators, fittings, flashback arrestors, and safety equipment.
Install the appropriate cutting nozzle according to the metal thickness and application.
Open and adjust the gas valves according to the recommended lighting procedure and set the required preheating flame.
Bring the flame to the starting point of the workpiece and allow the metal to reach the required cutting temperature.
Operate the cutting oxygen control and move the torch steadily along the required cutting line.
After completing the cutting operation, shut down the torch according to the recommended operating procedure and close the gas cylinder valves.
Safety Note: Oxy-fuel cutting involves flammable gases, high-pressure oxygen, intense heat, sparks, and molten metal. Always use suitable regulators, flashback arrestors, non-return valves, approved hoses, gloves, eye protection, and other required PPE. Never allow oil or grease to contact oxygen equipment.
